Sure ur not thinking of 2 or dx?
I don't think it was ever in Raiden 3 at any stage.
I prefer 3 way proton laser
"options" are in cave games
this is just either or choice. However, no matter how I look at it, the proton laser is superior.
that being said, the green laser in raiden 3 is not so bad either. it has decent firepower, and it goes nicely with radar missile
while red gives all around damage to hurt everyone and blue is pure concentrated firepower
blue = suprior firepower (hardest, but most rewarding)
red = ♥♥♥♥ all (basic starting point)
purple = oh ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ i don't wanna die, but i need to kill ♥♥♥♥ as well (newbies delight, trade focus on attack in favor of focus of avoiding)
green = never played 3 but from what it sounds, its an infrior purple because it lacks the auto aim and only gains so much firepower compared to its brothers that it pales in comparison, for this red would be better because it hits everything with tremendous firepower in its own respect and the homing missiles to it make focus fire possible while dealing with all enemies on screen in a given time frame
don't explain me the basics, also play 3rd one
you can't say whether green laser is better or worse then anything, if you haven't
also, you only have like half hour in raiden iv. I, with my mere 20 hours, and no 1cc am no expert in that game, but even more so, neither are you. Also, did you know, that you can make 3 way laser focus from spread into almost a single line?
noted.
what do you recommend for playing the game? Gamepad, arcade stick, keyboard?
yeah, I really don't see much difference between each. There are some games where there are many buttons, and there, gamepad is a better solution, but Raiden with only shot and bomb button is not one of them.
