Using your Pre-order exclusive First Class Ticket (FCT) Serial Code

As soon as the game goes live, you guys should see a pop up when you next try to launch the game with the pre-order exclusive FCT Code.

This code gives you access to the 6 months First Class Ticket.

To activate this code, please navigate to https://www.auran.com/planetauran/login.php and register for a new account if you don't already have one. Login with your new My Trainz account details, click on the link Redeem Trainz Code on the left hand side panel. You can either type or paste the FCT Code from Steam in that box.

You should get a confirmation which says FCT for your account has now been activated.

Hi Guys,

I am still trying to sort this out asap. Am waiting on some emails from our publishers and Valve and assure you we are on top of this and will get you an update as soon as I manage to fix it.

I know you guys have been waiting anxiously to access the vast Download Station and we didn't expect this fail point. It passed the testing and allocation when we did the pre-launch checks. However, that's not an excuse for failing to deliver what we promised as part of pre-order exclusive items, and we are sincerely sorry for this.

I will be chasing up my contacts through the weekend and try to fix this asap.

Is your fct activated and have you put your username and password in "Trainz Settings" - "Internet" on the launcher?

You can download using the "Manage Content" utility via the launcher.
When you have the MC window up, beside the > Filter click on the small arrow pointing down to the right of "Installed"

Click on "Custom"
You will probably have 4 tabs visible now.
Where "Installed" is click on the small black arrow and select "Download Station"
Wait for it to load.

What I do first is beside "Name" type in what you are looking for then select the Download station with the other tab.

You can also remove and add tabs by clicking on the - + on the right of where you can type for your search items.

If you double click on a name in the download window, it will bring up a small window with a screenshot and description of the item.

just wondering why it says that my FCT expires on 18th June 2015 when I have only just redeemed it today, shouldn't it say 18th October 2015? Or am i reading it wrong?

The FCT active on your account right now is the 1 month Free FCT we applied manually. I'd say you have another 6 month FCT registered to your account, but not activated it yet?. Wait till the 1 month expires out, you can activate the 6 month one after that.

Ok shadowwarrior just wanted to verify what I was seeing, cause I inputted the steam code that irecieved as dlc last night on steam and just wanted to check whether i have another one or if there had been a mistake.

i just registered my code and its saying i have no fct ticket or anything like that. ontop of that i cant cancel my code or use it again. so send me a new code or cancel it or i will give you hell. because thats one of many prolems i have found so far with the game. its not launching and the database aint repairing so yea...

I have the same problem!!! What's wrong with the game?! I'm too close to use foul language! This is the most awful game, release and support of the game I've ever seen!!!
