Download station problems

Hi all,

I am trying to download content from AURAN, but I cannot because it is asking me for the Trainz seril number, When I look for it in Steam, I only get the FCT code (which is valid and is activated yet) but I cannot get for the serial number of the game.

In trainz settings, I have entered mu auran portal login accounts, but it still doesn't work. The content manager tells me also that the "product is not authorised".

I don't now what to do.

Could you help me please?

It appears a recent server change had disabled the automatic connection to the DLS for Steam users. This has now been rectified and your account should be working. If it is not working next time you log in, pleae provide your MyTrainz username in this thread and I will activate your account manually.

Hi thilliam,

You are right, it works now and I can download content (I have checked it from the manage content in Trainz menu). MyTrainz portal shows that I have a "Download Ticket".

i dont have a serial number all i got from steam was a confermation number so now i can,t use the the download station

Well it seems alot of people are having problems with the DLS. I cant download since the problem with the deluxe routes have been solved. I keep getting a connection timeout or check my my trainz login.

Hi asam,

Once launched the Trainz game, go to settings option and in the Settings tab enter your download station account.

I think that with the latest corrections in the server it should work for you (at least worked for mi)

Download Station Won't Work

When I try to download something from the download station it says that my MyTrainz account is not authorized. When I visit the MyTrainz page it says that I must enter my serial number and apparently the Steam version doesn't come with a serial number. What do I do?

I am having the same problem. MyTrainz username is "whywon"
