Problem

Just bought the game, and its not starting, any ideas? it starts to load up but then comes up with this error message: Unable to authorise this product, Please ensure your internet connection is active, and no firewalls blocking trainz.
My internet is active and I have no idea what firewall would block this game.

Wow thank you man, about asked for a refund, how ironic that I join the community right when they do server maintenance. Thanks for the news.

Your welcome. This also confirmed how Steam versions works since I though Steam versions where all authorised through Steam since you don't have to log into the game unlike N3V's...

I was thinking the exact same way that this isn't going to be good to any new comers to the community lol
