Then it all depends on what you are looking for, either for specific country (real, fantasy routes) or for specific type of trains (passenger, freight, hi-speed, steam, diesel, electric,etc.)
Just one advice - don't go downloading old version routes much if you don't want to have problems finding its dependencies or running into incompatible speed trees for example. You can add Build Version column to Content Manager by right clicking which can be pretty useful. Generally don't download any route lower that 4.0 (or latest 4.5), you'll save yourself a lot of problems and lower version routes are better to run in Trainz 2012 or earlier Trainz anyway.
