Some great routes for sure I have a few of them. The model train ones make you step back and say WOW..... Look on Youtube for philskene who made a few of the model layouts.

The UMR 2016 has been updated to the UMR 2018 version. Incredible route.

Different but related question. Given a route above how does one go about finding sessions for it. For instance I installed one of those routes (BL-SW) but if I go to Trainz content manager and request On DLS = True, Installed = False, Category = Session, and Dependencies include = <KUID of route> I get nothing.

I suspect I'm doing something wrong though I found a lot of old threads from 3, 5, 7 and more years ago suggesting that it's a right hassle finding sessions for routes which seems astonishing if true.

It is hard to find sessions because there are not many made. You might have better luck searching in the Freeware forum at N3V's forum. Authors usually announce when they uploaded a session for a particular route.

Writing sessions seems to be too hard for most people to write.

This implies that sessions don't encode their route info in a way that the content manager can easily find them. It's astonishing to me that's the case. I can see not enabling searches of the form 'show me all sessions or routes that include this tree asset' due to the complex mapping and size of the DB, but a query of the form "show me all sessions that involve this route" seems such an obvious thing to do. A session only maps to one route so it's not like there's some complex relational DB with table joins needed.

Oh well.

I build generic, fictitious routes, one tile; Nashon and Esker.
Simple country side ; Point to point with two yards and a few industries.

Down load it , see how you like it...

I'd like to Hear some coment.

I know I did not ask the question. But this will be a big help to me. Thanks a lot. And thanks for asking that question.
