Is there a way to bring routes from Trainz 2009, 2010, 2012 into Tane?

A little miffed at the lack of routes in TANE. Is there a way to import routes/assets that were in the base games of Trainz earlier versions into TANE? I've tried to figure it out using content manager but am not sure what I'm doing.

Make a cdp of the routes (not the dependencies), then import into T:ANE'S Content Manager. File > Import File or drag the cdp into a window of the Content manager.

Then just download the dependencies via tanes content manager. You may still need to import any 3rd party content that may be used on the routes.

That's for my own routes. I'm looking for a way to import the routes that were included in those games. They're not cdp files, they are jar files.

Oops - missed the "base" game part.
Did you buy the Standard or Deluxe version of T:ANE. Deluxe has more than Standard.

I do not think it is possible to import builtin routes of older versions, but you could ask at the official forums.
jar files will not work with T:ANE.

There are some good routes on the dls that are made for or updated for T:ANE eg
Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland 2014 TANE
TGR Fingal Line 1955 Narrow Gauge (3ft 6in - 1067mm) (TANE SP2)

The Platinum edition bundle is on sale at present and the various dlc's are well marked down. might be something there of interest.
