How do I speed up time

How do I speed up time ?
Make time go faster ?

When driving a session:
Top right click on icon that looks like a book "User rules menu"
Quick drive > Environmental > Game time rate.

or

Surveyor:
1.Top left of screen
2.Edit session Rules
3.click on QuickDrive rule to highlight it
4.Click on "Edit" (bottom of edit session window)
5. A window will open with more options
6."Set time to 10.00 with a rate of 1x"
7.Change the 1x by clicking on it
8.click on the tick to close the window

When you now go into drive the session the time will always be at the rate you changed it to.
