Saved photo file extension is BMP
Is there a way to save the photos as PNG as default because BMP is way too big and outdated.

strange. I still trying to figure out where is the setting but my saved screenshot is in jpg.
It saves each photo twice, the one saved in steam folder is jpg, the one saved in the tecmo folder is png.

If you view screenshots through steam, it will open the steam folder. You need to manually go to the tecmo folder in your pictures directory to see the bmp versions.

After your comments. I checked and you are right. There are few threads on the photo format and saved location. I like to summarise to have better info for everyone.

1. BMP saved location: (assume your username is user)
C:\Users\User\Pictures\KoeiTecmo\Venus Vacation PRISM - DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme -\Photos"

2.JPG saved location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\1035xxxxxxx\760\remote\3155730\screenshots
(You can go this folder via using steam screenhot manager/show on disk

however there is still watermark on both version/location.

Hope it clarify for ppl who wish to seek for jpg foramt

Set the game settings to not save the photo,
If you press the Windows key and the Print Screen key at the same time, you can save the output as a PNG.

FYI the number after userdata will be different for every person. Easiest way to find the photos is to just search for "jpg" inside the userdata folder and then open location on one of the photos it finds.
after I found this thread... yup, having a standard edition also can find all the BMP files at the path "C:\Users\User\Pictures\KoeiTecmo\Venus Vacation PRISM - DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme -\Photos"
gonna delete them otherwise, it just takes up my harddisk space...
and the BMP files still have watermark.
