Code Unredemable in Venus Vacation

The code that generates for me is apparently too long by one character, preventing me from redeeming it.

Both PRISM and Venus Vacation are under my same Steam account so it's not a region issue.

Not sure what to do or who to contact about this....

I have exactly the same problem. When pasting the code into the text input box, the last character of the code is cut off and can't be entered at the end of the code. The interesting thing is that I can add a different character, such as 'f', by typing it at the end. But my code ends in 'g' and typing that key is ignored.

Yes that's what's happening to me too. I went back and tried again and noticed I can input other a few other select characters but not the one I need.

VV was updated and the redemption codes work now for anyone else looking for this.

Yup, that's what it was, like always, the Asian versions were behind and had to update.
