I from south east asia, who want to help? But how i can gift different country, i remember that people same country or same region can accept the gift only.

It's also available on PS5. It's easier to bypass region locks on consoles.
And PlayAsia also sells physical copies with english translation.

It is title specific, and language specific depending on the game, so BE VERY SURE before you trade, that it's someone you can trust, as well.

I live in the region where I can buy the game (Viet Nam) and I have tried to gift someone the Idol Master Starlit game before but Steam doesn't allow it. Weird I guess it's because of the exchange currency, I have always thought it was impossible to gift that game to people in restricted region.
