How to get this game

The best way i can say is to possibly order a PS5 copy on playasia but its up to you . i wouldnt risk getting banned on here.

EDIT: now giftable in all regions it seems (EU/UK depends on exchange rate)

Got a same problem in Canada with Tokyo Xtreme Racer due to a copyright thing between the company Genki and the gov. Apparently if you go to the US,set your account to US, pay with a US bank than go back to Canada the game should work ( i know, plenty of work to make 1 game function)

Edit: 2 things, first you have a delay before setting your account back to the Canada and second, it was another user trick

so gifting the Standard edition seems to work for US accounts, but not that Digital Deluxe.

I didn't get the error when I tried on Standard, but did with Deluxe.

Well its all bad for EU since they flat out can't get it gifted

US accounts can get the Standard Edition gifted to them, but not the Deluxe one but at least they can still get it

*EDIT: EU accounts can get it gifted today it seems as confirmed with the 3 people I've tested it with

anyone that can buy Prism normally should be able to gift it to RU regions.

Nope, a friend of mine from Indonesia tried to send me Deluxe Edition and Steam said that purchases made in Indonesia can be added to library if I'm in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam or other countries of this region. And Steam didn't allow to complete the purchase.

ask someone with access to the japan region, cause ive gifted it to other countries without issues

Did you gift it from Japanese account? Is it possible to gift Deluxe Edition? Is there a restriction that the version purchased in Japan can only be run in Japanese? Will I be able to run the game in English?

my account is a Japanese one atm

I already gifted Deluxe to a couple of people in RU region previously and its only the DMM.com version that is Japanese only for PC
