i think i like her original look in beach volleyball venus vacation a bit more.

They're probably using a new game engine which is why they couldn't port over the old model(s)? Just a guess.

Bull5hit, there is no problem with using models on another engine. Maybe it's just a change for the sake of change. I also liked the old Misaki more, this one is more doll-like...

The original was much better, yeah. I'd also argue her VV model was more doll-like and stylized back then and that's the reason it was so good. The new one just looks like some halfway realistic, uncanny abomination that belongs in a WEG.

Literally who asked for these changes? Why does this company keep sabotaging their good established styles to chase """improved""" graphics that invariably looks like ♥♥♥♥? They did it twice with DoA now, and their other franchises like Musou are also suffering from the same decisions.
