Can you add another shelf or make it where we can buy one as there is no room for the rest of the seeds to go on the shelf

Yes I agree. and also don't let AI put boxes on tables, put back in Cupboard Storage. hopefully different shelve unit's and more different seed's are been adding in.

hopefully they do i only ran out of room due to too many seeds and having the special ones takes up more room

having the ai workers put items on the cupboards if there already is a spot for it would be great, and if not, they place it on the table.
