I am working on chapter 8, so even with using larger gathering boxes to try to pull from the boxes the employees place on shelves as they are almost always double / triple / quadruple stacked in a single plain, it seems the boxes the workers use don't follow the same psychics rules that your and mine does.
Hopefully this isn't a design choice to not properly stack employee gathered boxes, but i can't actually remember it properly working.
The workers seem to very poorly optimised as they don't grab unfilled filled boxes from the shelf to completely fill and there seem no rhythm or reason to where they end up placing their harvested boxed on the shelf.
For me until big improvements in the employee harvesting decision making choices and adding employee stockers are added I will be watching from the sidelines, as trying to deal with 3 planter/harvesting employees with 3 beds create a nightmare of harvested stuff to deal with.
