Missing Riddler Trophy, Duality

I'm currently working through the chapters up to the most recent one and i seem to be missing the riddler trophy from the central business district; although it considers it the Centennial park area Every guide I look at shows it in a hallway on top on one if the buildings, but when i go there its not there, i see the comments say that the trophy can no longer be obtained. Is that correct? Is there no possible way for me to complete this?

There was a discord post this morning that all trophies and challenges are "accessible while the map is in its Episode 8 state, however some are now in a different location."

In other words, old guides/walkthroughs should no longer be considered 100% accurate for hunting down the Riddler content.
