No Blue Prints for Deathstroke?

After they announced Deathstroke, I thought to myself "3€ it's woth a try" and I was actually positively surprised when Deathstroke was just a character true to the original and not one of those weird, twisted parodies of the characters like everyone else.
However, I can't craft anything for Deathstroke. So no swords or movement attacks, or shields, charms or technology from the season in general. By the way, I'm level 321 in season 7 (because of this loot thing, it takes ages for something useful to drop).
Is that a bug? Did I do something wrong? Or is that a fault of the game developer?

Also, Deathstroke has the movement attacks from previous seasons, but no melee weapons.
Is his suit actually available undamaged?
(How cool would a Waynetech suit like from Season 1 be)

Deathstroke is actually the only really cool character and the only one that's worth playing at all.
