Cant load up game after update

Cant load up the game since updating yesterday. Stuck on the "just a sec..." screen for more than 30 mins after clicking on "straight to the action". Have tried rebooting game and PC 4-5 times each. Have also reinstalled game but still facing same problem. Please help thanks!

yeah I also have a black screen for almost 2 minutes after the logos
in-game performance got a bit better though

i still cant access the game tho! ive been waiting on that screen watching the "just a sec" for more than an hour..... game cant seem to work!

My saves was deleted after this update, damn

Same issue. Seriously? I couldn't have one local save to backup my progress???
