Can't scan riddles?
I have an issue where I can clearly tell what the answer is to the riddle but I cannot scan the solution. Scanning from afar or with the solution blocked it says the subject is partially visible, but when I get in a good position the game just refuses to scan. Is there a reason for this or just a bug? I've tried this out on multiple different riddles and even googled the solutions to check if I was in the right spot and I was.

aight I just tried to do the riddle in a single player game and it worked instantly, so doing riddles in multiplayer ended up being the problem.

I had this problem with my buddy too, works in single player, so we just did together single player mode to solve them all =)

For me worked to restart instance (go to main menu and back).

I've restarted the game multiple times as well as went back to the main menu :awkward:

are you in the middle of a mission? it should tell you what youre doing wrong. also try to reset to default for button layout.

I've tried multiple times over my playtime, I wasn't in the middle of a mission. The problem is that being in the correct position to scan doesn't let me scan so I never get the popup saying what I'm doing wrong. I only get it when I'm in the wrong position to scan. For example if I have the correct thing in my sights then it won't scan after multiple attempts, but the second I look down and half of the thing I need to scan isn't visible and I scan, it tells me the subject is partially visible.
