Tier set trinkets and Dolls not Unlocking

Has any been having issues with full tier trinket and dolls not unlocking? I've been playing through the older episodes to unlock everything and i noticed yesterday that I was not getting credit for the trinkets even though everything is checked off?

I had that issue with tier one and two of episode 2 and sent a bug report to Warner Bros. Games and they got back to me the following day, gave me the trinkets but i am now running into the issue of not getting the trinket or doll for tiers one and three of episode 3.

This is making me a bit nervous as I am on day 12 of 15 towards the Julian Day doll and I will not be happy if I don't get it and the counter resets thinking since i didn't unlock it I must have missed a day.

I'm leaving the bug report link for my bug with episode 2 below, if it is affecting more people than just myself maybe it'll push them to release a patch instead of just the quick fix of adding the item to my file.
