FPS capped at 45

I have a 4080 super and no matter what setting I use, I get 45 fps at max. Even if I put everything on low and DLSS on ultra performance, always 45.

Seems like a bug, but no idea if there's any workaround or anything.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Yeah I just logged into the game after not playing for a while and no matter what I try it won't go above 48 fps lol. Even on 1080p with dlss on it won't go above 41 fps, and I have a 4070! Yet the menu runs at 102fps! This game used to at least run around 60 at 1440p. Rocksteady really hates PC, I remember when Arkham Knight shipped and couldn't go above 30fps!

Rocksteady, I know you've pretty much given up on this game, but please at least make it playable!

Edit: just went to the hall of justice and it won't go above 4fps ffs! This is unacceptable.

Edit 2: Even outside the hall it keeps stuttering around 3fps here and there for a good minute at a time, I alt F4'd out and won't'be coming back until they fix it. It's a sad waste because I've always enjoyed this game for what it is.

I've really no issue with the game
Just make sure you have v-sync off
and then the pane below set it to your maximum refresh rate. I've been pushing +100fps no problem on a 2080 super.
