Offline mode

Has it come yet? The online only requirement (and the price tag) is the only thing preventing me from even touching the game.

Gameplay looks a bit fun, but I cannot stand online only games when they feel designed to be completely enjoyable as a single player experience

Apparently not yet. Maybe they're just waiting for the final dlc

I agree with you, it's really bad to have to connect to their own servers because the servers are very slow and very bad. Even the game has stated that the sounds won't match in online play, these are such bad servers. They do this to sell items in the game, but most players are fooled by it as a precaution against cheating.

Deep Rock Galactic has a lot of players and the servers are opened on the players' own computers, which is great. The servers in the game are terrible, there are no players because everyone plays solo. Even when playing solo, the game kicks you from the server every now and then.
