I can't believe how much fun this game is!
I'm actually surprised. I wasn't that sure I would like it but I'm having a blast.

Actually enjoyed my first hour with it more than I thought I would. Lots of good here - not sure how I'll feel after 10 or 20 hours. The game "feels" and looks great, but it's pretty flat. Feels like it's going to get pretty repetitive. Worth the sale price? Easily. Unlikely that enough people will try to it to actually up the player counts substantially, but I wish them luck. No matter how disappointing the final product was, a lot of good devs (whom I understand, mostly didn't have desire to do this live service model in the first place) put a lot of work and love into this product and on the surface it shows.

Mate, we live in a toxic world where we live with high expectations and where people like Moistcrit says one thing and all 5million followers agree with and create a trend on hating games.
Gaming companies are currently fighting for their lives because if a hate on a game becomes a trend then all abourd the gate train!
"why are we hating on this game? Oh this famous guy made a 15min video about it"

I mean the script is kinda meh ill admit, but the characters become likeable, it's like their annoying personality.

Honestly, I'm enjoying this a lot more than Black Ops 6, and I'm a FPS player

Pretty much. Anthem is incredible. Mass Effect Andromeda is pretty cool and deserved a full trilogy of its own. Redfall is very cool. All received immense nonsensical hatefest from infinite sheeple.

Well, I haven't played Redfall or ME:A but I get where you're coming from. I'm starting to wish I had given Suicide Squad a decent chance before. Although I'm glad I waited for this huge discount.

Guess you've never played (nor cared about) the previous Arkham games, then.
Otherwise, I'd have to assume that you're perfectly OK with sequels that ruin characters and stories set up by its predecessors (case in point: how they unceremoniously handled Batman).

Same dude, I couldn't believe the fun I'm having with it rn, it's covering that need that I had of wanting to play a prototype like game with parkour and powers, I'm just really sad that it was so hated, I think what was the downfall of this is trying to sell you a $70.00 game when it came out with micro transactions and a season pass, if they just offered this at $20.00 or $30.00 I think nobody would have complained.

I actually love how daring and bold the story writing is. Finally a game that doesn't play out the old and boring tropes we all have seen a million times. Batman the unbeatable detective. Flash the cosy loving Character. Poison Ivy the alluring Temptress. Nope. This game plays by it's own rules. I love how much of a jerk the flash is and what a quirky, smart ass kid they made out of Ivy. Lex Luthor thinking he is so smart, and then being ripped from his armor and beaten. So refreshing

I have to agree with you here. I just got to the part of the story where Wonder Woman dies and I thought it was excellent. All the YouTubers had me convinced that it was some sort of agenda soaked woke moment but it was actually quite poignant.

Just really glad I tried this game for myself.
