This article basically assembles all of Miller's leaks in one location rather than having to find and piece them together from sifting through his Twitter / X on your own (with the exception of a few which they must have considered more spoiler-y than what was already given).
Over 150k. Use your brain instead of a stupid website that means nothing.
yeah especially with the precedent that ubisoft just made with "the crew" and shut it down without an offline patch so they'll be forced to "consume next product"

I don’t think the people who bought Redfall ever got those DLC characters either and that game launched almost a year ago.
Bad time to be an early adopter.
Okay, what platform has 150k CONCURRENT players on it?
You don't look at things like platforms or websites or anything with any verifiable information you just use your brain and your brain tells you what you want it to be, didn't you read what they said? Just use your brain geez.
Yeah, I'm getting really sick of being told to "use your brain, dummy" as evidence for some baseless conspiracy theory.
ele is referring to the global leaderboards that are crossplatform.
So 150K is total players that started a mission since season 1, most noticed Joker is behind a grindwall and there is also nothing new and quit.
Current player retention rate sits at ~24% on Steam.
So far I haven't seen a screenshot of the leaderboards, but 150K total players is very low.
Figured as much. I hate it when people try and pass vague things like "monthly active users" as playercounts. For me, peak and average concurrent players is the only metric that matters, which is why I love Steamcharts so much.
This is why I love Valve so much; no one gets special treatment on Steam. Everyone, whether indie or "AAAA", is subject to the same popularity metrics of User Reviews, Steamcharts, and Discussions, that make it impossible to hide if a game is widely hated, unpopular, or just plain sucks.
You can take pretty educated guesses based on steam numbers.
150K total players, 22% returning players on Steam (from all-time peak), if you calculate based on that data, it could be that the game may sold between 700K -1.5 million units across all platforms.
But just a wild guess from me.
Maybe we'll hear official numbers from the quarterly results in May ;)
