Why do you pay for something you can unlock in 2-3 hours?
Dont spend any money on this game till they announce offline patch and that you will be able to use things you payed for once servers close.

Probably shouldnt be spending money in a broken dead game, especially when you can just waste hours of your time doing the same missions unlocking Jonkler for free which i assume you have been doing already anyways.

I wrote support for this problem and got this:

Seems you need to wait, or unlock him trough playing the game.
