Probably try relaunching the game, should (probably) help. If it doesn't - try support? I mean, taking your money and not giving you what you've paid for is a fraud and you can go to court with this and obvously win, so they probably WILL help you with this

I still dont think its an Official Support Channel, otherwise they would be able to Report Issues. Instead they just Post Links to ACTUAL Support.
