Thoughts on Metropolis?

What do you think of the layout and design of the city? I really like it. It's really good and I hope Rocksteady makes a more relaxed game where we can explore this version of Metropolis. I like the art deco style.

The more I play the more I like it, wasn't a fan at first but love how vertical it is and there's a ton of DC easter eggs,

They are going to replacing entire districts with all sorts of stuff. I believe part of Gotham is going to drop into a district In a few weeks.

It's pretty big and surprisingly expansive. I just wish there was more to do. The side quests are pretty limited.

so much detail but really no interior levels, they could of done corridor shooting with wall-flips to change it up from the overworld beats.

It looks great, and like the overall renditition. Due to mission design, most of the street level is something players have to go and look at themselves, or otherwise will miss like 90% of it.

I do say that they did better with Arkham Knight.

I agree. That would add some needed variety to gameplay.

Yeah Arkham definitely had more of a sense of place and the fact that it's always night helped that. Also being a single player game with very focussed one off storyline means you can do more. It was class.

Metro map has to do a lot more and be 4 player with multiple characters, I love having a day night cycle and weather.

I missed that in my first playthrough! There is dedicated chap compiling everything into a guide.

Another cool touch, every interior where Batman has been, has the predator statues from the old game up on the walls.

Neat thing is technically there was weather in AK as well. But it was rain. That's it lol.
