Game randomly not saving progression

I have tested it several times this morning. The game will randomly stop saving progress. It will it appear that everything is fine, however upon exiting to the main menu I noticed it was showing that I was a few levels lower than what I had gained. When I logged back in had in fact lost a couple of levels. have gained lvl 23, 24, and 25 about 4 times now. There is no way to know this is occurring until its too late. Wasted two and a half hours this morning because of this. Closing the game and relaunching allows it to start saving progress again, but randomly breaks again which comes with the loss of progress.

i think server is to full i have seen in the ranking are over 200k online and that's just in the rankings, i think not it covers all players that are online.

Sometimes it help to restart steam.

Nothing that I seem do helps. It seems I can do a quest or two before it stops saving progress. I am doing chapter select missions though, It makes me wonder if that is the issue.

He changed it to Yellow. Last time they did this it was White. Plus its a Hidden Account with no Marking. I highly doubt an Official Support Account would hide all their Info, and not post anything Official. Why dont they have their own Pinned Comment saying something. This screams Scam. Just saying to be careful.

EDIT: Want to add the ONLY Posting they have done is for this Game. Why is a WB Support only created AFTER this Game, and only ever Posted ON this Game.

You honestly think I am Trolling because I am trying to Warn people of a rather Suspicious Account? This is why so few people actually bother to try and help anyone on Forums. Heck you even admit it might be Fake, yet still want to call me a Troll for pointing it out.

Yes, I have seen people do some crazy things with their Player Names, so finding a way to change the Color of it would not surprise me. Again he has no Tag, has only EVER Posted on the SS Forums, clearly does not have the Ability to Pin Topics, nor does he make any News Announcements.

If he is legit all he has to do is have a Dev or Steam Admin tell us. Just because he may be giving some good advice does not mean its okay to Fake being WB Support. This could lead to someone else doing the same kind of thing and causing Real Damage to people. If he has nothing to hide, yet wants to give good advice, then he should do so without Pretending to be Official.
