Whats good with the skins
is it just me or instead of unlocking some skin u only unlock 2 and gotta buy the rest when its should of all be unlocked through missions and roaming around the city to make folks pay 70 to 100 just to buy in-game currency to get them it doesn't make sense

Thats what a live service game with a cash shop is all about.

Its all about spending money on the cash shop.

Thats the focus of the game.
