"Earth 1" Kryptonite or refined Gold Kryptonite wouldn't work at all on Superman if it was a version from another multiverse.

It just seems they are revived using Braniac tech, same way Flash regrows his finger and Superman is made more resistant to Kryptonite.

Or they are clones, but we need more evidence for that.
