If it's the same Batman in Arkham series, then how come Joker is still alive?

first off I don't own the game I just saw some clips on Youtube.
I hear people saying Suicide Squad kills the Batman in one of the chapters. and it is the same Batman in Arkham Knight.
well if that's true, what the hell is joker doing in here???
we all know he died in Arkham City....
Can anyone clear this out for me???

That is an alternate earth Joker. They are also younger, but not sure what their overall personality is going to be like just yet till Season 1 drops.

the story is jsut crap idk how some peopel enjoy it honestly. btw joker 2.0 is having a "identity crises" coming from the writer herself. millennial writing usually reflects their own personality.

if u want a coop shooter i would just wait for helldivers 2 honestly, half the price and will be out in 2-3 days
