How to access the preorder content

I preordered this game, but im not able to see the outfits on the menu, do i need to do a mission or buy them from a character? I already killed Flash and the preorder DLC is listed on steam

There's a mail terminal in the hall of justice. Go read the mail, you should have a message for the pre-order bonus. If you don't see it, try unselecting the DLC in steam and then re-selecting.

Im having this same issue, even after reading the emails its still not accessable.

Tried verifying files and checking to make sure the DLC was checkmarked it just doesn't work.

It's a known Bug, I was one of the first to make RockSteady/WB aware, But please do contact their support and explain to them the issue that you are missing the content, I provided them the same email I use for their WB login, Along with my steam ID name, And they forced installed the missing content back into my game!
