Optimization is pretty lackluster.

No Frame Generation support really sucks. Frame jumps going as low as 70 and up to 120 (Capped). The FPS is all over the place.

Game on SSD, 4090 with i9 13900KF, 64 GB ram at 5600 mhz.

running a 4070 ti i79700k 32gb of ram and i get flawless fps and perf any where that is not in the city open world but the city i sit at 57 fps the lowest ive seen and 101 the highest even on console its a stutter fest so i assume at least a patch that they think will help will come soon

It's impossible for you not to have stuttering, you simply just don't notice it.

If you run an overlay and actually configure to see low 1% and frame timing, you will see how awful it is.

It's an engine issue, it affects everyone. Some don't notice it, just like some can't tell the different between 60 and 120 fps.

I refuse to play games if I see stuttering and I can tell if I have one or not. If it's only visible on a graph then there is no stuttering for me, simple as that. I don't pollute my own experience with technicalities.

I thought it was only me and my pc that was cracking.. xD

I was thinking something happend to my pc. The hole weekend everything was extremely clean and smooth.. And now in open world im jumping around 35-70 FPS ?!?!?
