Didn't... Didn't Boomerang cut off The Flash's thumb? How did it grow back? What was that? Like, it happened, it's part of the lore, without that thumb they wouldn't get inside, so it must have happened to keep the story straight, but when they get caught by Lex's device that froze them, The Flash's thumb is back?

There is some weird stuff that happens in game that makes it seem like the JL are clones. I forgot what they said but in the idle conversations the squad does mention that Flash regrew his thumb and that Brainiac is collecting the Justice Leagues bodies even after they died.

SPOILERS:
The league are leaked to not be dead at all and brainiac gave them a healing factor so superman, batman, flash etc all heal from their injuries and death states. They are planned to all come back in the upcoming seasons. Find the clip of flash's revival online for more.
