It's fun but the perfomance on PC is horrendous even with a High-End PC

I'm having big frame drops especially in the city it drops to below 60 fps.. I have a 4090 and Ryzen 9 5950x .. Makes me kinda sad that this game runs so bad on PC.

What does run perfect even mean?
What graphic setting?
With or without upscaling?
What resolution?
What FPS?


Saying that the game runs perfect with a GPU that is below minimum requirements is an interesting take. Maybe you play on 720p, low settings, DLSS performance with 40~50fps. This is everything but perfect. Thanks for nothing.

game is very cpu heavy i turned down the cpu intensive settings get locked 60fps with some small dips in combat

Not sure what are your other components or how plagued your PC is, but after 3.5h in, the worst I got at 4K DLSS Quality max settings RT on, was around 80 fps, but it's mostly between 100-144 (my screen max).

4090, 5800X3D, 7Gb/s SSD

Or maybe the X3D is still shining as usual

Im on a 12900k with a 3090ti and havent had any issues with fps, my settings are maxed out so im not sure what issues you could be getting

I mean your cpu is a production cpu, not a gaming one, also your ram speed is not so fast (3200 and not 3600). This is certainly bottlenecking the 4090.

You also didn't link your sdd, if there is a lot of streaming (which seems to be), yours might be hammered if it isn't fast enough.

Also you didn't write the settings you're playing, and if your setup has some bottlenecks, it's not a shame to reduce a setting or 2.

brother I‘m playing everything maxed out with DLSS on quality and even if I reduce the settings to low I still get the same results maybe 5% better. Im playing on 1440p
