They haven't put out a game in nine years, last one being Arkham Knight in 2015. That's very telling of a collective inflated ego. Now add that to the price of the game, upwards of a hundred dollars which gamers are certainly angry about in general. Rocksteady may very well have miscalculated on this one.
Developing a game for years means you have a inflated ego, okay sure.
It usually means a Troubled Development thats Poorly Managed.
Yeah that makes more sense then saying a company has a inflated ego. Like any studio in the world wants spend their time making one game for 5+ years.
Is it really such a crazy idea that a development studio with a string of successes might become overconfident, complacent and egoistic?
I don't believe in the slightest that this will "kill" the company, but it can/will hurt their reputation in the long run.
Bioware given the title "Bioware Magic" probably gives them super depression at this point.
Is it really such a crazy idea that you sound like an armchair developer, lol.
