Can't play Offline!
The game does not start in Offline mode.

The only protection is Steam itself, everything else is 100% offline\DRM free - you should contact Valve since this sounds like an issue with Steam.

Could this be possible? I can play almost every game on Steam offline mode, even TF2
I like this game, I think It's a bit relaxing indeed

I was just surprised when I tried to play it on Steam offline

I have the same bug, the game doesn't start when steam is in off-line mode.
I use ubuntu 16.04
