Ghost child quest
I turned on the game for the first time in a while and I forgot what quest I got from ghost child. Ghost child is standing in front of the laundry bench

the ghost child and the masked man are now standing in front of the store and that's it now very cheap update

the ghost child is now gone thanks to 911 but the masked man is still there
