woman in front of the sale shop

There is a scary woman in front of the shop where I sell my old stuff. She has a questionmark above her head, but I can´t click and find out what she wants. Tried to call 911, no connection. What do I have to do?

She's tied to a quest. Have you spoken to Lil' Smiley (or something like that) and given her a letter? That should hopefully progress the scary Smiley's quest.

I am having the same issue, same with the policeman nearby, they have ! over the head but it wont let me give them anytihng, i think this may be a bug due to me having the christmas quest asking for stuff when they asked too?

My bad, i just forgot what to give her, i thought she wanted a old washing machine, there needs to be a way to check what quest npcs have asked for, i still dont know what the cop wants.

it does work. Just get the vintage washboard and go to the lady. You will need to press F then again when it says Kun. Then she'll talk to you

Strange i'm complete this quest yesterday and everything working fine.....

Then i think either i am doing something wrong or the game is just bugging. I bought the vintage washboard but i really won't get any pop-up to give it to her when i walk up to her.

hey so I had the same problem, just now a green basket with clothes popped up outta nowhere and when i cleaned all of that i was able to give it to the woman :)
