Delivery not working

I have been waiting for 3 (in game) days for a delivery order but none have come. I went to the computer to upgrade the service but it says, i cant do this while i have an order, the order screen right next to it says no orders. I am unable to progress the game with the bug. Please can you fix or offer advice? Starting again is not an option after 18 hours

Did you answer the phone and forgot to give the driver the que to go? That is the only thing i can think of. You can test this by going up to him and see if you can press F.
If not, does his basket say 0/... clean clothes? Because then, im afraid its a game breaking bug for you, all laundry is deleted at night

I'm experiencing this too - I believe that my order was completed as I waited to get the notification saying my driver had returned with $X before starting the next day and I haven't gotten any orders since nor can I upgrade it for the same reason. Now looking at him I can hit F to "give order" and as soon as I interact with something else, the option to "give order" comes up again...would rather not restart, any other fixes?
