Washer types
Does the washer types really matter? I want the max customers and I’m stuck ar 41. I feel like the washers for clothes are slower than the others so do washer types matter?

the higher level washers and dryers are a lot quicker, 14 seconds

Yes, they matter a lot.
If you put clothes in a wrong washer, the washing time is increased and you also increase the amount of repairs.

do the employs put it at the right ones? never noticed if they got the baskets mixed up

The more different machines you have, the more different type of clothes you will get

You get more of the types if you get the machines for each type, like costume, sheets, suits.

Could we, theoretically, only have costume and sheets machines, and sell all the normal machines? Then wouldn't we only have those customers come in? Having 30 customers for costumes and sheets would be more profitable. I'm curious if anybody tried it.

Maybe? I think the laundry times or quality are different when used in the wrong machines, but it's worth a try?

I mean, the baskets wouldn't go into the wrong machines if only the costume and sheets customers come in. I wonder if normal clothes would still come if I don't have normal washing machines anymore, basically.

I added more sheet machines, and get more of those type of customers now instead of the normal clothes. So it could work.
