Cash cheat and other questions.

I like using the cash cheat so I can get a leg up so I can fool around and learn the game better. But I am going through cash rather quickly. Is there a way to make more money, rather than spending most of the game punching out the georgew one? Like the cheat giving out 10x as much or something that can change the cash amount directly?

Also, petroleum is running out super quickly, even when I am buying it constantly. Me being Germany. I think it is because the computer made my military all cars and tanks. Also other resources are running out quickly, mainly consumer and the one next to it. I am not sure if autobuy is being blocked by other countries that are hostile to me. Because of declaring war on Russia.

Also; how do you make countries like me more?

I had the same problem bro. I just recently learned how to get an overrunning amount of petroleum easily. If you press the 'build at a minister suggested place' then that won't help or work. See how when you go to put new oil fields it's already selected? Well deselect it and select it again. Then look around your conquered land or puppet states. A red circle or rows of circles will appear on the land that shows where oil is. 90% of the time you can place a gas field on the red circles on land. lower eastern Europe is a good example. You'll see the red circles where oil is and you place the oil fields and if you have the cheat breakground cheat enabled they'll be build asap the next day. The same goes for other resources. I can friend you and I can broadcast a game to show you an example if you want.

And if you import oil sooner the people exporting to you will run low on oil thus, you'll get less and less. And the more war you fight the less people will like you. And less people like you the less oil they'll give you cuz they hate you.

Red means oil?

Red means resources. So if your looking for a place to put rubber you do the same thing that you do with oil. Deselect then select it again then the map will show where you can find places where rubber is. Same thing goes for every other source. Red does mean oil but to an extent.
