A mod that takes out future units...?

Hi, can someone tell me a mod or a way to take away all future technologies (they're ridiculous), especially the military ones?

To bad I have no idea about modding.

I would also immediately replace the weird future fantasy german tank modells like Katze (?!) with reasonable Tanks like Leopard 2A8 / 2A9 / Leopard 3 as example.
