Option to turn of diplomatic offer for rubber?

Playing shattred world 2020, and AI spam me with 100s of diplomatic offers to sell rubber. Rubber rubber rubber... Can i somehow turn of it for rubber only?

Kinda annoying to get 28 msg about rubber sale each game day pling pling...
Only way to get rid of it is to go total isolatism with no trade at all

Unfortunately this isn't currently possible on a product-by-product level. You can turn off economic (goods) offers on a per-region basis, or if the offers are from regions where the amount and pricing is reasonable you can just auto-accept them and resell the stuff to the world market. But you can't specify this for only certain products.
