How do you create multiplayer game?

To play with friends or people online.

Just go into one of the rooms (Blitz or Longhaul), then create a game! Once the game is created, you can invite people on your friends list to the game.

Do you know if only the host has to buy the map for the multiplayer, or if all the players have to?
