Report a translation problem
re-recruiting: you cannot create troops if (a) the population on a provinces is very low, (b) the happiness is <50% or (c) the province is under pillage.
It's little bit difficult for me to comment otherwise. If it's none of the above, could you re-play the scenario (I assume it's single player) and then email me the save-file so I can have a look?
So I replayed it and the I got that bug again (happiness is high, no pillage and high population ).
This time I set the difficulty on Placeholder and the starting assets on Abundant : +2500% (so it would be faster to beat the aliens).
I think I've found the save ( /C:/.../Age of Conquest IV\user\sav), on which mail can I send it to you ?
