Searching for secrets and the third star

!!! potential end game spoilers !!! So after getting all of the achievements and finishing the game along with the extra perfect run mode I was left wondering how to get the third star (if there is one but it looks a lot like one belongs there). I haven't been able to find where the third star is but I found other things while searching for it. The audio file in the "test_subject_98" has text in it when you look through a spectrogram. The name also looks weird so idk if that's part of some bigger puzzl...

all my computer requirements are suitable, after several minutes of playing the game freezes but the sounds continue, if you play not in full screen the time you need to wait increases but since there is a moment in the game when it itself goes into full screen it is not possible to complete the game, help and I know that I am not the only one...

OK what am I doing wrong with this? I followed the requirements and have everything noted in the same folder, it starts and loads up fine, but when I walk to any of the party stuff it just crashes. What gives?
