Boss Order

1, 2, 5, 4, 7, 3, 8 & 6?

Battalion is best to start with for his OP transformation.

The game tells you the boss order. Once you beat one of them, one of the others will have an "advice" option on the level select screen that wasn't there before. If you see that "advice" option, you'll know you have their weakness.

I think Battalion and Seismic are the easiest to beat buster-only and then after you beat them, just go wit hthe stage that has "advice" like the above poster mentioned. The boss that assists you in the level is always the boss's weakness.

I also think starting Battalion is the best starter. The weapon you get is SO busted. It's basically the metal blade.

i killed the flying dude first (believ it's number 5) then no1 -> no 2 - and i forgot the rest of the order anyway games is fing easy so it doesn't matter which one pick, hell maybe they give you a decent challenge!
