The only way to get skirts and cute outfits is through mods right now. The Cute Cosmetics mod contains a good bit of cute style faces and skirts

Thank you. I just hope that it skirts and dresses become a vanilla feature sometime soon. Mods are good, but most people won't be able to see how cute you are, and that's just highly unfortunate in my opinion
