the anti-lag mod might help, it boosted my fps by a huge amount

Tried both of these, the mod did help somewhat, but only when i turned off all effects (including water), and the frames gained still only got me to like 10-15 fps

This is an incredibly easy game to run. If you're getting bad frames, it's not up to the developer to "optimize". It's up to you to get better hardware.

understandable I wanna run this game on my surface pro to play the game portably but I can't get more than like 5 frames on lowest settings
